On September 19, Spencer Fisher will be unable to fight Din Thomas, because Fisher has been sidelined with a staph infection in his knee (which is also currently affecting other MFS fighters, most notably Tim Sylvia and Drew McFedries).
Kenny Florian (still recovering from a hand injury, which he received during his last fight), originally scheduled to fight in November, has stepped in to replace Fisher, which will mark Florian's fourth fight in less than a year (and third since April).
