As a follow-up to my earlier post on the subject, I missed a few items of interest, and screwed up some others.
1.) First of all, SoBe is seeking fifteen-million-dollars, not two.
2.) Bess Wright is included in the lawsuit, because she, her husband, and Hulk Hogan (more on that still to come) were the ones to initially approach SoBe with a deal.
3.) SoBe is, or once did (not sure which, and it's not really relevant to the big story), represent Brooke Hogan, and I was going to originally comment on Hulk's involvement in this deal, but figured he'd already been through enough and it would've been "too easy." Hogan is mentioned in the suit, but, for whatever reason (perhaps because of the Brooke connection) is not being named as a defendant.
Okay, that should do it. All of this, by the way, was included and/or explained in the previously enclosed copy of court documents, but I failed to even read them.
