More On The Death Of Brian Adams

TMZ has obtained a copy of an incident report, which, after arriving at the home of Brian Adams, was filed by police in Tampa.

To make a long story short, Adams' wife found him unconscious and not breathing in their bed, and dialed 911. An emergency-response team was unable to revive Adams, who was then declared deceased from unknown causes. Adams' body (which showed no visible signs on injury) has since been transported to the county coroner's office, where an autopsy is expected to be performed on Tuesday.
