Preliminary Hearing Waved In Fraud Case, Which Involves WWE

Kresten Ericksen is set to go before a grand jury, after Tuesday's decision to forgo a preliminary hearing, and will remain free, but under the supervision of the probation department.

Ericksen, in case you've forgotten, is a city councilor in Ogdensburg, New York, and accused of (among other improprieties) forging a WWE official's signature on an eight-thousand-dollar receipt, in the wake of a fundraiser for the Ogdensburg Free Academy.

Authorities have only been able to account for about half of the missing money.
