WWE® Product Not Involved In New York State Recall

STAMFORD, Conn.--(December 13, 2007)--World Wrestling Entertainment® has not licensed any of the toy products identified by Gov. Spitzer in his recent recall of unsafe toys. The “Wrestle Mania” product identified is manufactured by a company unknown to us and which does not have an agreement to license our products. We are researching this product with the intent to file papers with the courts to stop the manufacturer from using our Intellectual Property without our permission.
