More On The Death Of Armand Hussein

Almost one-week ago, I made mention of Armand Hussein's passing, but had little in the way of specifics.

Even to his closest friends, much of Hussein's life continues to remain a mystery, but here's what I can now shed some light on:

- Hussein (real name: Armand Hussein; age: 61, although both have been disputed) died at approximately 4 AM (Central time), on Monday, December 31, 2007, not in a nursing home, but at Baylor Medical Center.

- Exact cause-of-death was respiratory failure.

- In his post-wrestling years, Hussein had become heavily involved in the promotional aspects of R & B music, and since none of his family could be located, costs of Hussein's funeral (which took place on Friday, January 4) were (and continue to be) mostly covered by Dallas-based musicians.

- This is late notice, but if you live in or around Dallas, here are details on a benefit concert, which will help to cover said costs (which are about three-thousand-dollars):
