The Two Companies to Co-Promote Mixed Martial Arts Content

SEATTLE, WA--(March 12, 2008) - ReelTime Rentals, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: RLTR) announced today that the company has reached an agreement with LG Sports Marketing to create a mixed martial arts (MMA) online video portal. The new, ad supported MMA site, www.ReelMMA.com, will use ReelTime's IRDS delivery platform and will provide consumers free access to MMA related TV shows and movies, fighter interviews, training tips, and fights, with additional premium events available on a pay-per-view basis. MMA content will also be available ad-free to ReelTime subscribers on ReelTime.com. Under the terms of the agreement, LG Sports Marketing will be taking an equity position in ReelTime and both companies will market the co-branded site.

Barry Henthorn, ReelTime's CEO, commented, "Mixed Martial Arts has exploded in popularity in recent years. Their pay-per-view events had a 424% gross revenue increase from 2005 to 2006. MMA's diverse fan base, consistently high ratings, and unprecedented access to the 18-35 year-old male demographic, position MMA as some of the most prominent programming available. We expect this partnership to drive immediate traffic to both ReelMMA.com and ReelTime.com right out of the gate."

Jason Genet, President of LG Sports Marketing, said, "Mixed Martial Arts represents some of the most sought after content on the internet. Users from all over the world seek out this content, and the content creators have struggled to find ways to protect their investment from pirating while at the same time making it available to the widest possible audience. I've been continually impressed with ReelTime's content delivery platform. It solves the digital rights management problems in the industry while allowing full DVD-quality viewing of content. We have seen non-mainstream websites like Sherdog.com beat websites like Oprah.com and Howardstern.com in traffic and stickiness of the visitor. If we can generate 30% of that traffic to ReelMMA.com and expose this demographic to the ReelTime experience, it will be a win-win for all involved."

MMA pay-per-view events are attracting increasing attention, with approximately 169 million fans regularly watching MMA pay-per-view events each year. One of these events, the Ortiz vs. Shamrock fight, was the fourth highest rated show among all cable network sporting events in 2006. Of the Top Ten list, the first two were professional football, the third was college football, and the rest included NBA playoffs, the NFL draft, and World Cup Soccer. ReelMMA.com will initially feature notable fighters including "Showtime" Jamie Varner, the World Extreme Cagefighting (WEC) 155 pound World Champion.
