Fight Network Also Closes UK Acquisition; Now Seen in Almost 10 Million Homes in Canada and the UK

TORONTO, April 2 - TFN Global Inc., the parent company of The Fight Network, today announced the completion of a private placement by a group of Canadian investors led by W. Judson Martin, Martin Goldfarb, Robert Foster and Slaight Communications Inc. The Fight Network is the world's only sports network dedicated to mixed martial arts (MMA), boxing, wrestling, kickboxing and other combat sports.

As part of its aggressive growth strategy, the Company also announced it has finalized the acquisition of UK broadcaster, The Wrestling Channel Limited (TWC). TWC has been rebranded The Fight Network UK and carries fight content tailored to the British market with exclusive British and European fight coverage. The Fight Network UK is currently available in nearly 9 million homes in the UK as part of BSkyB's free-to-air service.

"The combined impact of these developments propels us into the major leagues of sports broadcasting," said George Burger, President and CEO of TFN Global Inc. "We've raised the funds required to plant our flag in the UK as well as to meet our working capital requirements, further entrenching us in the epicenter of the booming sports of MMA and Boxing, and making The Fight Network a truly international brand. What is particularly satisfying is that we've achieved this in the face of turbulent conditions in the capital markets."

Capital Canada Limited assisted in arranging the private placement and has been retained by TFN Global as its exclusive investment banker. The Company anticipates further funding requirements as it rolls out its international specialty fight channel.

Robert Foster, President and CEO of Capital Canada commented: "The Fight Network is an emerging multi-platform, global media brand that represents a unique investment opportunity for our clients under the strong leadership of George Burger and his experienced team. We look forward to continuing our relationship with them."

"We are thrilled to welcome our new investors on board," said Loudon Owen, Chairman of the Board of TFN Global, who together with Ed Nordholm acquired control of the Company in September, 2007 through Mayhem Media Corp. "Our world class team just keeps getting better and better. Business is all about people, and with these new additions, we can go toe to toe with anyone in our industry."

Martin Goldfarb, Canada's leading market research consultant, is President and CEO of Goldfarb Intelligence Marketing, Judson Martin was Chief Financial Officer of Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc. from 1999 until 2005 and Gary Slaight is President and CEO of Slaight Communications Inc.
