DALLAS, TX--(April 17, 2008) - SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SSPE) announced today that ART OF WAR, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) fighting returns to the Grand Casino Resort Tunica, on Saturday, April 19th at 8:00 pm.

Following a successful inaugural event produced by SUN at the Harrah's Grand Casino Resort last October 19, 2007, ART OF WAR is back -- this time with the innovative team concept "GI Vs PRO." The nationally televised event will be aired on Fox Sports Net (FSN) at a later date.

Nine, three-round fights are scheduled to start at 8:00 pm. Seven bouts consists of a military (active or former) mixed martial artist taking on professional MMA fighters. Army Ranger Damien Stelly (8-2, Lafayette, LA) faces UFC and WEC veteran Ron Faircloth (27-12, Stoughton, WI) in the main event.

Iraq war veteran Nick Agallar serves as captain for the "GI" Team. Agallar was 11-3 in MMA action before leaving on a 16-month tour in Iraq. UFC and Pride Fighting star Chris Brennan will captain the "PRO" Team.

According to Agallar, his GIs will be ready to make a statement as they step in against the PROs. "Our GI Team is ready to show we have the greatest hand-to-hand combat fighters in the world," he said. "And what better way to prove that than to go head-to-head with some of the best MMA fighters in the world. We look forward to representing the armed forces and showcasing some of our greatest warriors."

For Brennan, his PRO Team knows they are in for a true test. "No doubt the GI Team has some very tough MMA fighters," he noted. "I know that Staff Sergeant (Damien) Stelly is one of the toughest young middleweights in the world and I fully expect him to give Ron (Faircloth) a rough fight in the main event."

Several Mid South area fighters will be participating on the PRO team. Memphis fighters David Brown and Chris Hawk, both AOW 4 vets, will see action on the card. Brown, (2-1) will take on GI Jon Meyer (4-1, Piqua, OH) in a Welterweight fight. Hawk (4-1) is set to challenge the Army's Darrell Schoonover (2-0, El Paso, TX).

Little Rock's Mike Wessel (4-1) and GI Patrick Castillo (4-2, Copperas Cove, TX) will also square off in a heavyweight contest. Wessel, who won his main event contest at October's ART OF WAR event in Tunica, is a former professional football player and strength and conditioning coach for the Arkansas Razorbacks.

MMA vets Chris Gates, (9-4, Pontoloc, MS) will face Tom Jones (16-6, Tulsa, OK), and Bill Collins (Memphis, TN) will fight Ryan McClain (Tulsa, OK) in undercard matches.

Show Partners EVP Larry Rogers stated, "We are ready to produce one of the most exciting and entertaining nights in MMA designed to deliver a knock out production for all the fans."
