Leader in VOD Services Provide Individual Filmmakers an Avenue to Reach Millions of North American Households

BURBANK, CA--(April 9, 2008) - TVN Entertainment Corp., the world's largest television on demand company, and Gravitas Ventures, a world class distributor of feature films and specialty content, today announced a multi-year deal under which TVN will distribute both Gravitas Movies On Demand and Gravitas Events On Demand. Each a ten hour offering, the Gravitas Movies On Demand and Gravitas Events On Demand packages target film and specialty content enthusiasts.

Gravitas Movies On Demand will offer a diverse slate of programming including critically acclaimed films previously only screened in New York and Los Angeles, audience voted award winners from leading worldwide film festivals, and the latest cutting edge comedy or horror offerings. Films debuting this summer include "Ultimate Predator" starring Manny "The Sharkman" Puig and Johnny Knoxville plus acclaimed documentaries "Starbucking" and "24 Hours on Craigslist." Gravitas Movies On Demand aims to bridge the Video on Demand gap between leading independent filmmakers and consumers alike.

With Gravitas Events On Demand, fans of mixed martial arts, wrestling, and special events need look no further. Gravitas Events On Demand is the home for leading brands like Valor Mixed Martial Arts Fighting, Rage in the Cage MMA, Maximum Mixed Martial Arts, and Xtreme Professional Wrestling. Outside of the ring, Gravitas Events On Demand offers concerts from the hottest stars in the music industry, the latest import cars from the drift and tuning scene, and the best in extreme sports action.

As part of the deal, TVN will provide asset distribution and management services through TVN's Emmy nominated ADONISS platform, marketing and sales support, encoding and access to iPRI -- the first asset management tool allowing programmers to make real-time metadata changes, post pitch. The deal also allows for transactional and free distribution in all formats including MPEG 2, MPEG 4 (H.264), standard definition (SD) and high definition (HD).
