Ultimate Fighting Championship(R) Comes To MTS TV

WINNIPEG, April 18 - MTS TV, the digital television service offered by MTS Allstream Inc. ("MTS Allstream"), is pleased to provide its customers pay-per-view events from Ultimate Fighting Championship(R), an organization that brings together the world's most talented mixed martial artists from disciplines like karate, jiu-jitsu, kickboxing, wrestling, judo, and others in a quest to become a UFC(R) champion.

The first UFC live event on MTS TV Pay-Per-View will be UFC 83: Serra vs. St-Pierre 2 from Montreal, Quebec. UFC 83 is the first UFC event to be held in Canada with tickets selling out in 24 hours - the all-time record for the fastest sellout in UFC history.

Now, after defeating Matt Hughes in December, St-Pierre enters the Octagon(TM) as the Interim Welterweight Champion to face the man who took his title - this time, in his home province of Quebec.
