Am I The Only One Who Sees This As A Win-Win Situation?

According to Christian Wellisch's latest MySpace blog, he was involved in an auto accident on Thursday.

Wellisch was the front-seat passenger in a vehicle, which was stopped, when a motorcycle slammed into the back of it.

Luckily, no one was hurt, although I can't help but think about how he's going to feel by the time he fights Shane Carwin.

Speaking of UFC 84, no matter the outcome of Wellisch-Carwin, if I were Wellisch, I'd play up this shit for all that it's worth. After all, should he lose, he's already got a built-in excuse. Should he win, he's something of an American (or Hungarian, should he prefer) hero - Rear-ended on Thursday, went on to end Carwin's undefeated streak on Saturday.
