With the Summer Olympic Games coming up soon, athletes are getting into shape. National Wrestling Superstars, the nation's leader in family-themed pro wrestling excitement, is showing itself off as a contender for marathon running, as they will be presenting a four-shows-in-four-days blitz July 24th through 27th (that's right... *FOUR* tremendous shows). That pace would wear out even the "big boys"!

On Thursday night July 24th at 7:05pm, NWS continues its "Shore Wars 2008" Summer Series in Seaside Heights, NJ at Our Lady Of Perpetual Help Parish Hall (100 Grant Avenue, just down the block from the boardwalk and Casino Pier). Topping this card will be the former WWE and ECW hardcore icon, and the head trainer from Season #1 of "Tough Enough," the one and only Al Snow along with his sidekick Head. Sharing the spotlight will be ladies star Lacey Von Erich, daughter of former WWE and World Class superstar Kerry Von Erich, and a rising star in her own right. They will be joined The Hog-Wrasslin' Hillbillies, Jana, Ryan Blackheart, and The Great Garafolo. Tickets are only $16 each, and continuing last year's tradition, if you buy three you get one free, making the price only $12 per ticket.

On Friday night July 25th at 7:45pm, NWS heads up to the Bayshore area to the Middletown, NJ VFW Hall (1 Veterans Lane at Route 36). Al Snow (with sidekick Head) and Lacey Von Erich will also be appearing, headlining and starring in this latest edition of NWS' cavalcade of grunt 'n groaners, along with Matt Hyson (a.k.a former WWE & ECW hardcore icon Spike "find me a table to put someone through" Dudley). They will join forces with the likes of such local mat standouts as, making a rare north Jersey appearance, Dark Karnival (Jo-Jo & Chio), the 2008 NWS J-Cup Tag-Team Tournament champions The Gemini Trojans, and returning to NWS after an absence of many years, Skitzo & Shock. Plus, former ECW brawler and Jersey shore denizen The Equalizer will try to teach area native Klondike Kevin Krush a wrestling lesson he will never forget. Tickets are only $20 for adults and $18 for kids and seniors.

On Saturday night July 26th at 8:00pm, NWS presents its annual outdoor show at the Long Branch, NJ Italian-American Memorial Association Showgrounds (195 West End Avenue), with Matt "Spike Dudley" Hyson, Al Snow, and Lacey Von Erich giving the Jersey Shore fans one final thrill for July, along with such local mat standouts seeing ring time as former NWS Jersey Shore Champion Nicky Oceans, plus the winged monkey man from land of Oz Nikko, who will be making his area debut, and from world of cyberspace the DOI's resident keg of beer, Sean “I can't see straight” The Mic. Tickets are only $20 for ringside seating and $18 for rear open seating.

And on Sunday July 27th, NWS packs up the production trucks and heads south to join up with its Delaware affiliate Funkdafied Wrestling Federation at the Christiana, DE Fire Company Hall (2 East Main Street, at Route 7, minutes from the junction of I-95/295/495) for a 3:30pm afternoon matinee, with Al Snow headlining an all-star card of NWS & FWF stars.
