Peach State Pandemonium featured former NWA World Heavyweight Champion Ron Garvin on Wednesday night. Micah Taylor, former World Wrestling Entertainment developmental talent now with Great Championship Wrestling, also joined us. In addition, Les Thatcher sat in to talk about the passing of Killer Kowalski, among other items. Click here for the archive. Next week, we will feature Jerry ‘the King’ Lawler. Bobby Simmons will also take us for a ride in the Wayback Machine.
Total Nonstop Action has announced the following events: October 25 at the Family Arena in Saint Charles, MO; and October 26 at the Show Me Center in Cape Girardeau, MO.
Great Championship Wrestling has the Fred Ward Memorial tonight in Phenix City, AL, at the Gr8 Sk8 Plex with the following matches advertised: All or Nothing match with Micah Taylor & Diane Hewes vs. Johnny Swinger & Quentin Michaels. If Taylor & Hewes win, Taylor gets Tracy back and Hewes gets 100% ownership back. If Swinger & Michaels win, Swinger gets Micah's contract and Michaels gets 100% ownership. In a bullrope match for the GCW Heavyweight Championship, Cru Jones vs. Bull Buchanan. In a First Blood match for the GCW Interstate Championship, J-Rod vs. Shaun Banks. In a Hardcore match for the GCW Tag Team Championship, The Merchants of Death (Orion Bishop & Murder One with Wicked Nemesis) vs. "That 80's Guy" John Bogie & Kareem-Abdul Jamar. In a 5-Minute Challenge match, Scotty Beach vs. Zero Tolerance (with Princeton Gainey III). If Beach wins, he gets 5 minutes in the ring with Princeton Gainey III. Also, Sonny Siaki will issue an open challenge in a Tables, Ladders and Chairs Match. Bell time is 7:30pm.

On September 12, the Peachstate Wrestling Alliance will be at the VFW Fairgrounds in Carrollton, GA. Advertised: Rock N Roll Express member Ricky Morton vs. Midnight Express member Bobby Eaton. In a southern cruiserweight title match, "Action" Mike Jackson defends vs. Ultimate Dragon. Jackson puts up the title against Ultimate Dragon's mask. Sal Rinauro defends the PWA cruiserweight title championship vs. a mystery opponent. Also scheduled are Consequences Creed, Ace Rockwell & Shaun Tempers. Doors open at 6:30 and bell time is 7:30. Buddy Colt announced that he was no longer associated with Homer O’Dell, blaming him for his loss against Dory Funk, Jr., on August 21, 1971. Rocket & Flash Monroe joined Capral to announce that Rocket was cleared to wrestle following his injuries a few weeks back, and issued a challenge to the Assassins for the Georgia Tag Team Title.
