TUFF-N-UFF SET TO CROWN CHAMPIONS ON NOVEMBER 8 AT THE ORLEANS HOTEL & CASINO

LAS VEGAS – November 4, 2008 – If you think the presidential election mud-slinging battle is action packed, then come on out to The Orleans Hotel & Casino on Saturday for some real hard-hitting action and trash-talking where Tuff-N-Uff will crown its first champions in mixed martial arts (MMA).
Tuff-N-Uff’s last sold out event on October 17 at The Orleans had preliminary four man tournaments with winners to scheduled to compete on November 8 for the title. The winners from the last event looking for the titles are all undefeated.
Arthur Martinez vs. Justin Cheeks at 170lbs
The last event, Martinez dominated his opponent with a first round victory. Cheeks won his bout in just 10 seconds with the fastest victory of the night adding to his undefeated record. Both men are excited to return and look for the title.
Jason Caldwell vs. Chris Engles at 175lbs
Caldwell and Engles both have won their fights in Tuff-N-Uff at a higher weight class and will now be moving down in weight and keep their undefeated records in tact at a catch weight of 175lbs.
Jimmy Spicuzza vs. Odis Alex Ruiz at 155lbs
Spicuzza won his last fight with a devastating KO in the 2nd round earning him fight of the night award. Ruiz also won his fight in the first round and is now 2-0. Both men have known each other for years and are looking to tangle for the title.
The mixed martial arts event is scheduled for 20 fights including female and super heavyweight fights. Tickets are currently on sale for $25 for general admission and $50 for reserved seating. However, Las Vegas locals can get advance tickets for only $20 at Las Vegas Nutrition Center.
Previous Tuff-N-Uff events have sold out and tickets for this event are already going fast, so get your tickets early. Doors open at 6pm, first bell is at 7pm.
