THE MMA INDEPENDENT ALLIANCE TO OFFER FREE LIVE STREAMING FOR DEC 13 FIGHT CARD

Stamford, CT - December 5, 2008 -- SNM Global Holdings (OTC Pink Sheets: SNMN) subsidiary, The MMA Independent Alliance announced their plans for the December 13, 2008 Fight Night that includes free live web streaming.

The MMA Independent Alliance will present “Brutaal Fight” on Friday December 13 at 5 PM CST at the MYTH in Minneapolis MN and the event will be streamed live on The People’s Fight Channel (www.peoplesfightchannel.com) and it will be free to all!

The basic fight card will be:

Jairus Volkmann vs. Justin White
BJ Van Busekom vs. Mel Ott
The Crow vs. Caleb Wolff
Bruce Nelson vs Zack Yencho
Chris Powers vs. Nate “The Killer” Howe (185 lb Brutaal Champ & MERC Management Client)
Colby Vogt vs. Corey Washington

Also on the card is Frank “The Tank” Johnson who is the 155lb #1 Brutaal contender and also a MERC Management client.

“Tickets are moving quickly for the December 13 date and we are excited about offering free streaming through The Peoples Fight Channel. As we move forward this will only add to the revenue base as well and give us additional exposure” stated Nick Gamst, President of MMA Independent Alliance.

The MMA Independent Alliance is also in discussions to develop a new broadcast network that will stream their events and have their production company edit the content for DVD and Mobile distribution as part of their future plans.
