Hearing Delayed For Justin Eilers' Killer

James Robert Malec, who has admitted to shooting his stepson on Christmas Day, will have to wait until January 22, to find out whether or not he'll stand trial for his actions.

On Thursday, prosecutors in the case asked for and were granted two-weeks to examine about two-hundred-pages of discovery, which they did not receive until Wednesday.

In the meantime, Malec will remain incarcerated.
