Thursday night marked the debut of the NoseBleed Section, a presentation of Georgia Wrestling History’s GWH Radio Network, hosted by John Cannon and Joe Cowart. World Wrestling Entertainment’s RAW/ECW crew will be in Oshkosh, WI, at the Kolf Sports Center, tonight. Advertised: John Cena defends the WWE World Heavyweight Title against Chris Jericho; Jack Swagger defends the WWE ECW Heavyweight Title against Matt Hardy; John Morrison & the Miz defend the WWE World Tag Team Title against Cryme Tyme; Beth Phoenix defends the WWE Women’s Title against Melina; Randy Orton versus Rey Mysterio; Kofi Kingston versus JBL; William Regal defends the WWE Inter-Continental Heavyweight Title against CM Punk; and Mark Henry, with Tony Atlas, versus Finlay, with Hornswoggle. Ross defeated John Muhler (2-1) / Notes: It was reported that 300 were in attendance for this card. John Muhler took a fall at Greco-Roman style, but Duncan C. Ross countered with falls in the catch-as-catch-can and collar & elbow styles. It was reported that the men had a side bet of $300, and that the winner would receive 85% of the gate receipts with the loser getting the remainder. It was reported that Sergeant Walsh, the only man ever reported to have defeated Ross in a mounted sword contest, was traveling with Ross. Mr. Hopper managed Muhler.
