Jeff Monson Out Of This Month's FightForce Event?

I, as some of you already know, do not do the best job on keeping up with the worldwide scene, but, when it comes to Jeff Monson and St. Petersburg, Russia, there appears to be something rotten in the state of Denver.

Monson was recently granted a provisional passport (valid from February 19-March 2), allowing him advanced preparation for Ibragim Magomedov, his opponent on February 28.

Monson, however, is also being billed for the main event of an Xtreme Fight Championship card (against Darrill Schoonover), which is scheduled for Austin, Texas, on February 27, and he's also being promoted for several pre-fight appearances, including seminars on February 24 & 25.

Now, I'm no rocket ship, but I can't possibly see how Monson's going to pull off all of this, and I'll try to provide an update.
