Middle Tennessee Homecoming For Memphis Legend

--Lekisha Oliver

A middle Tennessee homecoming is planned for one of the legends of Memphis wrestling.

Jackie Fargo will be coming to Lewisburg and Tullahoma on March 13th and March 14th to return to the area that loved to hate him.

This Memphis legend has been making the wrestling rounds in Tennessee since the 1950s. Fargo has inspired local legends like Jerry “The King” Lawler, The Fabulous One Stan Lane and Steve Kern to become professional wrestlers.

“Bring the entire family,” says Mikey Dunn, owner of All-Star Wrestling in Lewisburg. “This is one legend that even the grandparents will remember and will love to see him again.”

This rare appearance will be a once in a lifetime opportunity for the children and a revisit to the golden era of wrestling for the adults.

For reserve seating, call (931) 359-5928 to get tickets early, because they are already limited. Fargo will be appearing on March 13th in Tullahoma at 106 Southside Drive and on March 14th in Lewisburg at 2224 Mooresville Highway. Bell time for both events is 8:00 p.m.

Special thanks would like to be given to the sponsors: G&M Towing (931) 492-3412; Mikes Towing & Recovery (931)437-2139; Century 21 (Vickie Cain) in Lewisburg; Action Tents 1-877-708-3687; and Stanton Auto Repair (931) 224-9878.

Come one and come all to make this homecoming a night to remember.
