MKG International Presents Erik Paulson (A Weekend “Combat Submission Wrestling” Workshop)

Erik Paulson is one of the finest Martial Art coaches in the world. He is the creator and founder of CSW. He held two Shooto title belts in Japan before retiring in 2000. With fighters like Josh Barnett, Brock Lesnar and many others using CSW training methods its validity cannot be denied. Striking, clinching and groundwork will be covered using BJJ, shoot wrestling, JKD, catch wrestling, Thai boxing and many other arts. With over 40 coaches and 30 years in the martial arts his vast knowledge base will be shared in a fun and easy to learn environment. Beginners to the seasoned veterans will find his workshops valuable. Erik Paulson will also be evaluating and testing for CSW Association advancement.
