-- SUN Sports & Entertainment, Inc.

DALLAS, TX, June 12, 2009 - SUN Sports & Entertainment Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SUNR) announced today the Fight Card for "MANO A MANO," an all Latino Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) Event that debuts on July 12th at the Mesquite Arena in Mesquite, Texas (www.mesquiterodeo.com).

The Main Event pits ALEX "EL TORO" ANDRADE (9-5), a powerful Dallas, Texas MMA Veteran of the UFC and Art of War, against ISIDRO "CHILO" GONZALEZ (16-13) of Denver, Colorado. Both of these 185-pounders plan to come out with guns ablazing, so expect some hard-hitting action.

"I am super inspired to finally be able to have the opportunity to demonstrate my athleticism and Mexican fighting pride among other Latinos," said Campuzano. "MMA is becoming more and more popular among the Hispanic population and this is a great opportunity for our countrymen!"

In middleweight action, Cuban native WILL FLORENTINO (2-0) takes on New Mexico's ROCKY "ANGRY AZTEC" RAMIREZ (1-0). Strikers RANDY VILLAREAL of Arlington MMA will mix it up with JIMMY GUZMAN (1-1) of De Leon Fight Club. Grapplers ALBERT MARTINEZ and JUAN TATUM will also square off and don't miss the collision of lightweight kickboxers JESUS RIVERA, formerly of Spain, and Amarillo, Texan RICK GUZMAN, a student of K-1 kickboxer Maurice Jackson.

The 10 bout fight card also features super striker EDWIN FIGUEROA (4-0), who trains under famed Muay Thai legend Saekson Janjira, Vs. submission specialist NAVIED SADEGHI (3-2) at 135 pounds.
