DALLAS, TX--(June 29, 2009) - SUN Sports & Entertainment, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: SUNR) today announced its media distribution in the Dallas, Texas Hispanic Community and its new Production Partner (Studios 121, Inc.) for its new Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) promotion, "MANO A MANO" coming up on July 12th, 2009.
MANO A MANO, the first 100% Latino MMA promotion, will be featured in ADBEAT (45,000 circulation), EL HERALDO (30,000 circulation), EL LIDER (30,000 circulation) and REVISTA INFORMATE (10,000 circulation). In addition, a feature article will be written for DIARIO LA ESTRELLA (100,000 circulation). MANO A MANO will also be featured on ESPN Radio. Several TV networks are in the process of being cleared to run numerous 30-second spots, which can be viewed at www.studios121.com/manoamano30/.

SUN is pleased to announce its agreement with Studios 121 (www.studios121.com) to produce MANO A MANO in High Definition (HD). Luis Estrada, Chief Operating Officer of Studios 121, stated, "We will use the inaugural July 12 event to produce segments for the show's pilot episode. The broadcast debut of the program will be announced in the near future."
Studios 121's founders include veteran production and media professionals Michael Fletcher (Chairman & CEO), Luis Estrada (COO) and Francisco Cuevas (Creative Director). The team possesses over 20 years of international television production experience for Latino and mainstream markets. The company's management team has produced content for TNT, Cartoon Network, DirecTV, NARAS (Grammy Awards), Univision, Telemundo, 7-Eleven and many others.
