SNM Global Holdings Subsidiaries To Produce And Distribute MMA Events

Stamford, CT, July 20, 2009 -- SNM Global Holdings (Pink Sheets:SNMN) subsidiaries LGN Entertainment Distribution and SNM Broadcast Network announced today that they will produce and distribute 3 MMA Events.

SNM Global Holdings announced they have reached an agreement with Brutaal Entertainment and former employee Nick Gamst. Under the terms of the agreement Brutaal will produce the live events, and SNM Broadcast Network will direct the filming and editing, while LGN Entertainment Distribution will exclusively Distribute (Digital, Mobile and DVD) all the content.

The event venue will be at the MYTH NIGHTCLUB ~ 3090 SOUTHLAWN DR, MAPLEWOOD, MN, 55109 TEL: 651.779.MYTH or 651.779.6984. The events are scheduled for October, November and December 2009 with the actual dates to be announced.

"The company's modified strategy is to Develop, Deliver and Distribute content, and this is our first step towards doing that. I have taken over the company, and I am aggressively working on growth and increasing revenues. I have a great relationship with Nick Gamst, and I feel that SNM will be extremely successful with its current business model with regard to live events. Our revenues have been growing at LGN Entertainment Distribution, and we feel the 3 events could produce gross sales of $1,000,000 or more over the life of the content sales cycle.

Mike Drumm is working on logistics for the filming, and I am hoping for a first quarter, 2010 distribution date for the content," stated Steve Lane, President of SNM Global Holdings.

The company has not determined if the events will be streamed on their website as of yet as they are exploring a possible cable broadcast deal.
