WMMA Announces Inaugural Event to Benefit Charity

LITTLE FALLS, NJ, Feb 17, 2012 -- Worldwide Mixed Martial Arts Sports, Inc. (WMMA), a premier sports and entertainment enterprise, is proud to announce their inaugural event, Fighting For A Better World. The highly anticipated launch of WMMA's inaugural event features a stacked card with well-known marquee fighters. Fighting For A Better World will take place March 31, 2012 at the 12,000-seat Don Haskins Arena, in El Paso, Texas, home to the UTEP Miners men's and women's basketball teams.

Partnering with the City of El Paso and Fort Bliss, WMMA works to introduce the sport of mixed martial arts and its benefits to the community. As part of their mission, WMMA will donate a substantial amount of this event's live gate to charity and continue to be a strong supporter and advocate of their critical mission.

According to William McFarlane of Novuss Media, "It is an honor for us to introduce WMMA in this exciting way. To produce this event and have it serve such an important purpose will be a significant milestone for the company. WMMA's mission is to redefine the perception of mixed martial arts, and we are very excited to deliver the true essence of what this sport should be; professional competition, quality programming and a commitment to community and charity."

WMMA is hosting a press conference where it plans to formally introduce the company and its mission to the world of mixed martial arts, the media and the public.

The press conference will be held at Fort Bliss, TX on Tuesday, February 21, 2012 at 5 p.m. MST where WMMA plans to announce their star-studded fight card, expand on the company's charitable endeavors, and reveal other exciting information about the company and the event.
