North Carolina On Its Way To Legalizing Mixed-Martial-Arts

In the wake of similar action recently taking place in Michigan, Illinois, and other states, North Carolina's Senate has passed a bill, which is designed to begin the process of regulating mixed-martial-arts.

Sounds as if the complete process may take a while to enact, though, as something called the Alcohol Law Enforcement division of the Department of Crime Control and Public Safety has yet to actually define said regulation.
