NYWC AND FANS COMING TO BABY EVELYNN'S AID

Courtesy of the New York Wrestling Connection:

In late June of this year, Evelynn Marie Biondo, an 11-week-old infant girl, was violently abused and irreparably damaged by her father in an incident that has left many Long Islanders stunned and truly saddened. Evelynn, who has amazingly overcome the life-threatening effects of "Shaken Baby Syndrome," is still facing an extremely difficult road. She will need to overcome extensive neurological damage that has led to low muscle tone and retinal hemorrhages, and possible blindness.

The New York Wrestling Connection is happy to be a part of her recovery effort, as we will present a tremendous wrestling show with the singular purpose of raising money for her ongoing treatment, and to help ease the burden on her mother, Alicia. All proceeds -- every last penny -- will be donated to Evelynn's cause.

"Evening for Evelynn" will take place on Saturday, October 13, 2007 at William Floyd High School, 240 Mastic Beach Road, Mastic Beach, NY. Starting at 7:00 PM, tickets are only $10 each and will be worth every cent as the stars of the NYWC give their all with baby Evelynn on their minds!

The night will be filled with top-notch action, including the following matches

Just added former WWF Superstar "The Barbarian"

Mikey Whipwreck & Crusher Doogan vs Dickie Rodz & "Mr. Entertainment"

Maverick & Plazma vs Dan Dynasty & Jamie Van Lemer for the NYWC Tag Team Championships

"Yours Truly" Alex Reynolds vs Javi-Air vs Benny Martinez vs Dan Barry for the NYWC "High Society" Championship

Tony Burma & Papadon vs NYWC Champion Mike Spinelli & Bruno Marciano

The Angus Brothers vs Stockade & Syther

plus a HUGE Battle Royal, and much more!

There's no doubt about it, this will be one of the most memorable nights in NYWC history, and we hope that our efforts and the generosity of our fans will help Evelynn enjoy brighter days in the future! So don't miss out on this special event, get your tickets now and make your way to Mastic Beach on October 13 for an unforgettable night!
