TORONTO, Feb. 4 - The Fight Network announces the appointment of Patrick Michaud as Chief Financial Officer, and Paul Laberge as Chief Operating Officer, completing the management reorganization which began with the company's change of leadership in September 2007.

"Our goal is to make The Fight Network a global media brand," said George Burger, President and CEO. "With the addition of Patrick and Paul, we have the skills, leadership and experience the company needs to achieve that goal."

Mr. Michaud brings more than 30 years of accounting and financial management expertise to The Fight Network. Most recently, Mr. Michaud was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Score Media where he was responsible for all financial affairs of the publicly traded media company. In his new position, Mr. Michaud will oversee the network's day-to-day financial operations including financial reporting, capitalization strategy and debt/equity financings, and taxation, and will provide strategic financial management and guidance to help the growing network.

As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Laberge will oversee the company's day-to-day operations and lead the implementation of the company's multiplatform international growth strategy.
