SUN Acquires Assets Of International Fighting Organization And Steele Cage Promotions

DALLAS, TX--(February 1, 2008) - SUN Sports and Entertainment Inc., (PINKSHEETS: SSPE) announced today that the Company has acquired International Fighting Organization (IFO) Assets including the Production and Broadcast Film Library of its events promoted by Steele Cage Promotions.

SUN CEO CJ Comu, stated, "We are delighted to be able to acquire the assets of the International Fighting Organization, the MMA Sanctioning Body in the State of Nevada. We are also delighted to be able to acquire all the Raw Footage and Finished Broadcast Production of the IFO events promoted by Steele Cage Promotions, which we plan on distributing globally. We feel that the Film Inventory will be a great compliment to the 'Art of War' Film Inventory which will provide more available product to networks and distributors world-wide." SUN is planning on producing a number of MMA Events in Nevada this year and looks forward to bringing its brand of exciting and high energy MMA to the thousands of fans growing across the country and producing live events in Las Vegas, Lake Tahoe, Reno and Laughlin, NV.
