HDNET TO AIR "HDNET FIGHTS PRESENTS: FieLDS K-1 WORLD MAX 2009"

HDNet adds to an action-packed MMA schedule with the premiere of K-1 MAX from Japan Friday, February 27 at 10:00 p.m. ET

WHAT: This Friday, HDNet will air "HDNet Fights Presents: FieLDS K-1 World MAX 2009 Japan Tournament" at 10:00 p.m. ET. The event features a one-night, 8-man tournament of the best 154-pound and under kickboxers in Japan. These men are vying for the right to represent Japan in the K-1 World MAX Final Elimination tournament in July which will air exclusively in North America on HDNet.

The quarter-finals pit Nagajima "Jienotsu" Juichiro vs. HAYATO, MAX veteran TATSUJI vs. Yuya Yamamoto, Yasuhiro Kido vs. HINATA, and Andy Ologun vs. Taishin Kohirumaki, plus Sergey Golaev vs. Yoshihiro Sato in a Superfight and much more.
