MMA INDEPENDENT ALLIANCE ANNOUNCES FRIDAY NIGHT FIGHT RESULTS

Stamford, CT - March 11, 2009 -- The MMA Independent Alliance a subsidiary of SNM Global Holdings (OTC Pink Sheets: SNMN) have announced their Friday Night Fight results from Friday March 6, 2009.

The MMA Independent Alliance continues to focus on growth and after completing a successful event on Friday March 6 will announce additional events in the coming weeks.

“Even in difficult times our fans come out to support us and we are excited about the future as we are discussing plans for larger events and a possible TV deal. With the launch of the SNM Broadcast Network on the web we will have to luxury of streaming live, creating original content and broadcasting our archived content. This also opens to door for sale of our content via mobile distribution or DVD distribution” stated Nick Gamst President of The MMA Independent Alliance.
