Flair joins HDNet broadcast of 'Ring of Honor Wrestling' this Saturday

DALLAS, April 27 --

WHAT: "The Nature Boy," Ric Flair - one of the most famous professional wrestlers in the world - will make his "Ring of Honor Wrestling" debut this coming Saturday, May 2 on HDNet.

Flair will serve as the Ambassador of "Ring of Honor Wrestling" on HDNet. New ROH World Champion Jerry Lynn is ready to back up his promise to be a fighting champion, but with a number of worthy challengers, it's up to "The Nature Boy" to determine who will have the honor of taking on Lynn in the first ROH World Title match on HDNet.

HDNet recently inked a long-term deal with "Ring of Honor Wrestling" and premiered the new weekly television series, "Ring of Honor Wrestling," which brings ROH to a national television audience for the very first time. The series can be seen Saturdays at 8:00 p.m. ET and 11:00 p.m. ET on HDNet.

The stars of "Ring of Honor Wrestling" include ROH World Champion Jerry Lynn, the 3-time reigning Wrestling Observer Newsletter Most Outstanding Wrestler Bryan Danielson, Austin Aries, Tyler Black, Necro Butcher, Nigel McGuiness, and Mark and Jay Briscoe.
