HDNET FIGHTS ANNOUNCES FOUR BLOCKBUSTER MMA EVENTS

DALLAS (December 10, 2007) - Andrew Simon, CEO of HDNet Fights, today announced four new blockbuster partnerships and fight cards - all to be aired LIVE on HDNet in the month of December. Simon shared the following schedule with the industry:

December 15, 2007 at 8:00 p.m. ET - "HDNet Fights: Reckless Abandon," sponsored by Rob Zombie's Halloween. In the first of many inter-promotional fights from HDNet Fights - HDNet Fights superstar Jason "Mayhem" Miller seeks to avenge a 2003 loss to IFL standout Tim Kennedy and Frank Trigg takes on Edwin Dewees. All in attendance receive a copy of Rob Zombie's HALLOWEEN UNRATED DIRECTOR'S CUT on DVD!

December 22, 2007 at 10:30 p.m. ET - "HDNet Fights Presents: Sportfight XXI - Seasons Beatings." MMA Superstar Matt "The Law" Lindland's Sportfight organization joins the HDNet family for a multi-fight deal, kicking off with Sportfight Welterweight Champion Ed Nuno defending his title against talented newcomer Michael Pierce.

December 29, 2007 at 9:30 p.m. ET - "HDNet Fights Presents: IFL 2007 World Grand Prix Finals." Five title fights on one card including undefeated phenom Chris "The Polish Hammer" Horodecki and Shad Lierley for the lightweight title and undefeated Benji "Razor" Radach against Matt "Suave" Horwich.

December 31, 2007 time TBD - "HDNet Fights Presents: Fedor Returns." Inside MMA's #1 ranked Heavyweight and considered the greatest fighter in any weight-class, Fedor Emelianenko, celebrates New Year's Eve with a LIVE fight from Japan. This fight, in addition to the entire Yarennoka event, is only available in the United States on HDNet! "HDNet Fights: Fedor Returns," is made possible by a partnership between M-1 Global and HDNet Fights.
