World Wrestling Entertainment’s RAW crew will be at the E.A. Diddle Arena in Bowling Green, KY. The SmackDown/ECW crew will be at the McKenzie Arena in Chattanooga, TN, tonight.
WWE results from the Robert Municipal Auditorium in Evansville, IN, on August 2: Kofi Kingston over Paul Burchill; Snitsky over D-Lo Brown; Lance Cade over Paul London; Mickie James & Kelly Kelly over Beth Phoenix & Katie Lea; Jim Duggan over Santino Marella; Batista over Kane; John Cena over Cody Rhodes & Ted DiBiase, Jr., in a handicap match; and CM Punk over Chris Jericho.
WWE has announced the following events: September 13 in Monroe, LA, at the Monroe Civic Center; and September 16 in Nashville, TN, at the Sommet Center.
WWE has once again changed the date of the event planned for Reading, PA. The event was originally planned for August 11 and then moved to December 15. Now it is scheduled to take place on November 30. Tickets that were purchased for either of the previously announced dates will be good for the new date. However, rather than being a SmackDown/ECW sow, it has changed to RAW.
Saturday’s Macon Telegraph published a story previewing the WWE event to be held at the Macon Coliseum on August 4. The advertised main event is Triple H versus the Great Khali in a Georgia Street Fight match. Click here for the story.

A.J. Styles, one of our guests on Peach State Pandemonium on August 6, is scheduled to participate in this year’s Rock the Universe event in Orlando, FL, on September 5 and 6. Also part of the event are former Korn guitarist Head, as well as Christian music artists, including Jars of Clay, Third Day, New Method, and many others.
Ring of Honor results from New York, NY, on August 2: Mark & Jay Briscoe over Jigsaw & Ruckus; Chris Hero over Delirious; Eddie Edwards over Roderick Strong, with interference from Hero; Brent Albright over Adam Pearce to win the NWA World Heavyweight Title; Austin Aries over Jimmy Jacobs and Necro Butcher in a three-way, which ended when Butcher attacked Jacobs before walking out, allowing Aries to get the pin on Jacobs; Naomichi Marufuji over Go Shiozaki; Kevin Steen & El Generico over the Motor City Machine Guns; and Nigel McGuinness retained the ROH World Heavyweight Title in an elimination match, whereas Bryan Danielson eliminated Claudio Castagnoli, and then McGuinness took care of both Danielson and Tyler Black. Castagnoli attacked Danielson after having shaken hands with him upon being eliminated.
ROH announced a return to New York on December 27 for “Final Battle 2008.”

Aiden Scott beat Rockin’ Black Ninja. Derrick Neal won a 5-way over Blue Amigo, Otis Bass, Chris Norte, and Dyronic when he pinned Amigo. Justin Spade beat White Tiger by reverse decision when Spade planted a chain on Tiger while being pinned. Tim Renesto (with Charming Charles) beat L.T. Falk. ATL Tag Team Champions New York Gangster & Damien Payne beat Richard Lowe & Kevin Dunn with stereo sunset flips. There will be no show next Saturday due to the Tennessee Titans preseason game.
NAWA Ring Champions results from the Purks Building in Cedartown, GA, on August 1, before a reported 847 in attendance: the Patriot over the Canadian; Stupid, with Tweety, over Kyle Matthews; Bulldog Raines over Simon Sermon; Tyler Smith over Lamar Phillips; Frankie Valentine & Chip Day over Josh Storm & the Nightmare, with interference from Air Paris; Nigel Sherrod over Bambi in an inter-gender match for the NAWA Women’s Title; David Young, with Jackie Rosedale, over Paris, with interference from the Nightmare; and Thunder & Lightning over Adam Armor & Chase Stevens by disqualification.
