Everybody's Always Innocent ... Even Those Who Admit Guilt

About ten-months ago, I first mentioned Kresten Ericksen, a city councilor in Ogdensburg, New York, accused of forging a WWE officials' signature in order to defraud the Ogdensburg Free Academy.

Earlier today, Ericksen, on the advice of his attorney, copped a plea and was sentenced on a charge of third-degree forgery, which is a misdemeanor and resulted in a one-year conditional discharge.

Ericksen also had to reimburse over fifteen-thousand-dollars to the OFA and resign from his post (as manager of their Golden Dome) at the school.

Despite today's events, Ericksen claimed faulty bookkeeping, not his forgery, was to blame for the missing funds.

The Gist Of It: Tonight's Episode Of 'WWE Monday Night RAW'

From Oklahoma City's Ford Center:

- Shane McMahon's prepared statement ranked right up there with one of Dana White's, consisting of him refusing to release any information on his father's condition and asking everyone to keep him in their thoughts.

- Speaking of saying nothing, Jim Ross went on and on, before being interrupted by Edge, Curt Hawkins, and Zack Ryder. Well, so much for the draft. Edge explained how useless JR is, and had Hawkins and Ryder escort JR from the ring. Nothing wrong with that, but then he just rambled, finally finishing with how, unless it was a draft show, you wouldn't be seeing him on Mondays. Yeah, right. As Edge was leaving, he was attacked and destroyed by Batista. CM Punk immediately cashed in his 'Money in the Bank' contract, hit Edge with a 'GTS,' and scored the pin. Gee, even though anything can happen in WWE, it took only one-week's time for each brand to end back up with a World title. What are the odds?

- Non-title: Mickie James defeated Jillian Hall. 'Mick Kick,' pin.

- Continuing the trend-of-the-evening, Rey Mysterio went to the ring and really had nothing to say. Santino Marella interrupted him, because "Mastrio" is on the cover of WWE Magazine, while he is not. Needless to say, Marella ended up taking a '619.' Jerry Lawler said it was the first one delivered on RAW. I'm not a history buff or rocket ship, but I somehow doubt that. I suppose it's better, though, than Michael Cole telling us how great Mysterio is, as if because Mysterio's "always been on SmackDown," we might not have had the chance to see for ourselves.

- Todd Grisham spoke to a happy Punk. A stone-faced John Bradshaw Layfield questioned Punk's win and asked for a title shot. Punk obliged his request.

- John Cena put over Triple H (smart man), himself, and Punk. He doesn't seem to like JBL, though. Cena then campaigned to weasel his way JBL's spot. Shouldn't this have been Batista's role? I mean, the World title's important to him, right? This brought out JBL, who somehow had the foresight to hire his own security staff to help him gang up on Cena and forcefully remove him from the building. Okay? ... Don't worry, I'm sure Cena will be back in time to get involved in the main event, steal Punk's heat, and cost JBL the championship.

- Non-title: Ted "ROW" DiBiase & Cody Rhodes (with their really keen new theme) defeated WLW's Steve Anthony & Darren Wade (Darin Waid). Rhodes hit Wade with a 'DDT,' then scored the pin. The crowd couldn't have possibly cared less. Rhodes actually cut a decent promo, explaining how he is too good to pay dues. I might actually be able to get into a heel Rhodes. "ROW" then cut one. The crowd still couldn't have possibly cared less.

- Paul Burchill walked away from Katie Lea, allowing Jamie Noble to hit on her. Katie talked Noble into challenging Kane. Needless to say, this didn't go so well for Noble, who was chased to the ring and chokeslammed on Cole and Lawler's announce table.

- Intercontinental title: Kofi Kingston defeated Chris Jericho (with that guy) - DQ. Kingston was dominated, then, during a pin attempt, grabbed Y2J's tights. When Y2J responded in kind, the referee called for the bell. Seems, to me, like that should've been a warning. After the match, Y2J dug his fingers into Kofi's eyes. If you're keeping score, Kingston needs Shawn Michaels' help to capture the IC title, can't even cheat to win the rematch (which features a lousy finish, no less), and also takes a post-match drubbing. Yep, that kind of booking will get the crowds behind the new guy. Y2J challenged Shawn Michaels to meet him at the Great American Bash (which will be accepted).

- Edge bullied and slapped his comrades, blaming them for his loss of the World title.

- World title: Punk defeated JBL (with his security staff). Sure enough, Cena (joined by Cryme Tyme) managed to distract JBL, leading to a 'GTS,' and Punk scoring the pin. The show abruptly ended, as Cena, Punk and CT continued to brawl with JBL's security.

Preview For Tonight's Edition Of 'WWE Monday Night RAW'

If recent history (and the company's two-year-plus absence from the city) is any indicator, I'd expect a sellout, or near-sellout, for Oklahoma City's Ford Center. Here's some of what we can expect:

- Intercontinental title: Kofi Kingston defends against Chris Jericho. Wouldn't surprise me to see another appearance by Shawn Michaels.

- Jim Ross' official farewell (as if we're never again going to see him).

- We will learn more about Mr. McMahon's condition, courtesy of a family statement. Damn, that means I've got to put up with Linda and/or Shane.

- More on the sagas of Batista, John Cena, Ted "ROW (Randy Orton Wannabe)" DiBiase & Cody Rhodes, Hardcore Holly, and Kane.

My recap, should you be interested, should be posted at about 11:10 PM ET.

Alan Wojcik Reviews Glamour, Glitz & Divas DVD

Courtesy of Alan J. Wojcik:

Are you a fan of Shimmer, the WWE Diva’s, the TNA Knockouts or the ChickFight tournaments? Well women’s wrestling fans that loved Lipstick & Dynamite now have a new documentary to add to their collection. Big Vision Entertainment has teamed again with RF video to distribute GLAMOUR, GLITZ & DIVAS, THE UNTOLD STORY OF AMERICAN WOMEN’S WRESTLING.

RF Video is predominately a shoot interview company in addition to selling wrestling items. If you had the chance to view the LIFE IN THE FAST LANE DVD will get the format, which is compiling the best of the best shoot interview segments. This DVD is packed with legends of the ring mixing in the current stars. RF uses interviews with the following ladies: Fabulous Moolah, Mae Young, Tammy (Sunny) Sytch, "Sensational" Sherri Martel (who the DVD is dedicated to), Luna Vachon, Missy Hyatt, Baby Doll, Joanie "Chyna Doll" Laurer, Talia Madison (TNA’s Velvet Sky of the Beautiful People), Francine, Kimona, Jasmin St. Claire, Jackie Gayda, Ryan Shamrock, Gorgeous George and April Hunter.

The DVD is broken down into the following chapters: I Was Born a Fan, Is that All You Got?, On the Road with April & Talia, Love Stories, Learning With Luna, Catfight!, Misconceptions, Money, Madness and Advice. In addition to the documentary there are the following matches: Sara Del Ray vs. Nikki Roxx, Cheerleader Melissa vs. Mercedes Martinez, April Hunter vs. Talia, Sumie Sakai vs. Daizee Haze, Kylie Pierce vs. Angela (w/ Ms. Martel as referee) and Luna Vachon vs. Alicia which were all entertaining.

Let’s be honest you couldn’t do this or any history of women’s wrestling DVD without Moolah or Mae since they were there when wrestling in the 1940-50's had the ladies as a special attraction bout. I also feel you can’t do anything on modern wrestling (1980's-present) without Sytch who changed the way WWE marketed and even came up with concept of the WWE Diva’s plus Martel, Vachon and Laurer who were there changing the in-ring style. Hyatt is normally regarded as the "first lady of wrestling" but only appears once or twice like St. Claire who used to run the NE based 3PW. George has little need to be on here except for her talking about working for WCW same goes for Shamrock who today’s fan might not even know.

The segment with Hunter and Madison was interesting to see the backstage preparation the ladies undertake each evening before going to do battle. The best segments are the most honest ones like Sytch talking about a relationship with a former WWE World champion while she was still with her late boyfriend Chris Candido, Laurer talking about when she found out HHH was seeing Stephanie McMahon behind her back, plus the entire catfight segment which lets the ladies shoot on a gamut of people.

You can order this DVD through www.bvdvd.com or www.rfvideo.com where you can find other releases I will be reviewing in the coming weeks. http://alanwojcik.com is where you can read past interviews and find links to your favorite wrestlers site.

Coming To DVD - The First Edition Of CBS & EliteXC's Saturday Night Fights

Look for a three-hour, two-disc, set, with plenty of extra features (fighter profiles and behind-the-scenes footage), in November. I know I can't wait.

Early Ratings Info For Last Week's Episode Of 'WWE Friday Night SmackDown!'

2.5/5.0, according to Nielsen Media Research's fast-national data. Guess the draft is to credit, because I don't even remember the last time the news was that good.

Final numbers are still to come, probably in a few hours.

How Long Will SmackDown Have The World Title And WWE Championship?

I assumed it wouldn't last longer than Night of Champions, but as we all found out, I was wrong. Still, it certainly won't be for much longer, as there's no way Triple H peacefully coexist with an "equal."

Earlier today, the Macon (Georgia) Centreplex began advertising this post-draft lineup, scheduled for Monday, August 4 (and while cards are always subject to changing, it's interesting to note the absence of Edge and/or the World title):

WWE Championship Match
Triple H vs. The Big Show

ECW Special Challenge Match
Matt Hardy vs. Mark Henry

Jeff Hardy vs. Shelton Benjamin

Also There: Finlay, Hornswoggle, Chavo Guerrero, Michelle McCool, Curt Hawkins, Zach Ryder, Carlito, Jesse and Festus

NOTES

Prime Time Pro Wrestling is in the process of finalizing deal to debut at the old GCW Arena in Columbus, GA, on July 18. Promoter Billy Roper made it public at the start of the PTPW show Friday night in Manchester, GA. That would make it a double shot weekend for the promotion, as the return date in Manchester was announced for July 19. (Larry Goodman)

Atlanta-based WQXI-AM’s 790 the Zone will begin broadcasting Bryan Alvarez’ show on Sunday nights from 8-10:00 PM ET tonight. Sixty years ago this week, the station began broadcasting live from the Atlanta Muncipal Auditorium for Paul Jones’ promotion, carrying a main event title match where NWA World Heavyweight Champion Bill Longson defeated Pete Managoff, with Fred Anderson calling the action. This would continue each week for many years, mostly just featuring main event bouts. (Rich Tate)

Drew Fickett Officially Ousted From Next MFC Show

Just for clarification purposes, the following has been provided by Mark Pavelich (owner of the Maximum Fighting Championship), and doesn't necessarily represent my views:

For Immediate Release
June 29, 2008

I would like to take this opportunity to offer a personal response to comments and actions taken by Drew Fickett over the past 72 hours.

Drew had agreed to and signed a contract to fight on the Maximum Fighting Championship show on July 25 for the welterweight title against Ryan Ford.

Over the last few days, Drew has caused severe problems and therefore we find him in complete breach of his contract.

We were shocked to learn Drew agreed on one day's notice to fight as a middleweight in another organization's event this past Friday. When I contacted this other organization, its owner immediately cancelled Drew's fight when informed that he was under contract to fight on the MFC show and as part of Mr. Fickett's contract he was not allowed to take another fight up to five weeks before the MFC show.

When I learned of Drew's intentions to take this fight, I repeatedly attempted to reach Drew's manager to find out why. After numerous attempts to reach his manager went unreturned, I did leave a voice mail which has since been made public. I admit to being very upset, angry and frustrated not only by Drew's action but also by not being able to reach his manager and the tone of that voice mail reflected my feelings.

Shortly afterwards I realized that I should have taken a deep breath and calmed down before leaving that message and I profusely apologized to Drew's manager. I am not proud of that message but as the owner of a major fight organization I felt that I and my staff which works tirelessly to put on a first-class show were being treated very disrespectfully by Drew. If he had read his contract he would have realized he shouldn't have taken the fight and he should not have attempted to get away with it.

Then for Drew to post the private voice mail - which was not left on his phone - was just ridiculous and petty.

This was the last straw in a series of unprofessional acts by Drew. He failed to send a promotional photo that we wanted to use for advertising the fight even after the MFC had sent him gloves and even went as far as being willing to book a photographer to take the pictures. He also failed to send any documents pertaining to his medicals, passport and border information.

Drew even stated in an email after the posting of the voice mail that he was still willing to fight in the MFC. But after that he added that he would want to be paid after the weigh-in one day before the fight. There is no question in my mind that Drew would have stiffed us completely and run off with our money without fighting as some sort of warped payback for the MFC protecting its investment in him and doing everything in its power to not allow him to fight within the five-week period prior to July 25.

We now completely understand why that despite his excellent record so many organizations will not work with Drew and we have a pretty clear indication why he has been banned by the UFC.

Drew Fickett will never fight in the MFC. As evidenced by his latest actions Drew clearly does not want to fight Ryan Ford for the MFC title despite signing a contract to do so.

The MFC has never had any problems with any fighters who do not breach their contract nor have we had any problems with fighters with issues that we do control such as payment for fights, travel itineraries, etc. Fighters we have problems with are ones who are neurotic misfits with poor management who won't take responsibility for their actions, who won't live up to fulfilling their contracts and those who do not act as professional athletes.

I will take all steps necessary to settle this issue legally and I will also move immediately into replacing Drew Fickett with a top-level fighter to contend for the MFC welterweight title against Ryan Ford on July 25.

Justin “The Insane One” McCully (8-3-2) 6’2”/240 lbs., fights out of Huntington Beach, Calif. After his dominant three round victory over Antoni Hardonk in April of 2007, bright things were forecast for heavyweight McCully. Then injuries sidelined the Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt for much of the year. Now healthy and eager to assault the heavyweight division, “The Insane One” returns to the Octagon™ against Gabriel “Napao” Gonzaga (8-3-0) 6’1”/240 lbs. Gabriel Gonzaga’s rise up the heavyweight ranks was nothing short of spectacular, with wins over Kevin Jordan, Fabiano Scherner, Carmelo Marrero, and Mirko Cro Cop thrilling fight fans around the world. Losses to Randy Couture and Fabricio Werdum have slowed the Brazilian’s progress, but after an intense training camp in his adopted home of Ludlow, he is ready to once again regain his spot in the UFC title picture.

Cole Miller (13-3-0) 6’1”/155 lbs., fighting out of Coconut Creek, Fla., notched impressive wins over Andy Wang and Leonard Garcia after his stay on The Ultimate Fighter® 5, furthering his reputation as one of the lightweight division’s top up and comers. Though the Georgia native hit a bump in the road in a hard fought January loss to Jeremy Stephens, this Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt is more focused than ever heading into his match-up with Jorge Gurgel (16-3-0) 5’9”/155 lbs. Winner of three of his five UFC fights, Jorge Gurgel’s energetic style has made him a fan favorite around the world. It wasn’t until his hard-fought decision win over John Halverson at UFC 82 in March that fans got to see the real “JG,” as he used all his talents to earn his most impressive victory yet in the Octagon. The Cincinnati fighter will look to build on his success against Miller.

Dennis Siver (11-5-0) 5’7”/155 lbs., fighting out of Mannheim, Germany has been gathering more and more fans with each bout after a knockout win over Naoyuki Kotani and a memorable war with Gray Maynard in his last two UFC outings. While this hard-charging 28-year old will be pushed to the limit once again when he takes on Melvin “The Young Assassin” Guillard, which is precisely the type of fight the four year mixed martial arts veteran lives for. At (39-8-3) 5’9”/155 lbs., the career of New Orleans’ Guillard has seen its share of ups and downs. With a renewed focus on his ground game, the still developing lightweight prospect is eager to show not only his knockout power, but his ability to win a fight wherever it may go. A recent winner over Eric Regan in March, “The Young Assassin” is chomping at the bit to get back in the Octagon and back in the UFC win column.

Justin Buchholz (8-2-0) 6’0”/155 lbs., fighting out of Sacramento, Calif., hasn’t had any opponents hear the final bell ring. The aggressive Alaskan native has no intentions of letting Corey Hill become the first. A well-rounded battler who now trains with WEC featherweight champ Urijah Faber in Sacramento, Buchholz is looking to not only finish off his foe, but to get his first Octagon win under his belt and begin on his road to the UFC lightweight title. At 6 foot 4, Hill (2-0-0) is a scary match-up for everyone at 155 pounds. Add in an ever-developing fight game and the West Virginia native is on the fast track to big things in the coming years. Just ask Joe Veres, who Hill stopped in his UFC debut in January. The popular member of The Ultimate Fighter’s fifth season cast hopes to keep his unbeaten string unbroken when he faces off against Buchholz.

6/14 NWA Main Event TV Review

Courtesy of Larry Goodman:

Airing June 14, 2008 on Nashville’s ION affiliate WNPX 28
Taped June 10, 2008 at the Nashville State Fairgrounds Sports Arena

For an always entertaining review of Nashville’s weekly wrestling TV shows, SAW and NWA Main Event, check out Jerkin’ the Curtain radio with Trent Van Drisse and Tommy Stewart.

The show opened with a man in a Patriot mask sawing a log. There was a dilapidated shack in the background. “This saw just can’t cut it,” he said. Cut to a shot of the mask, gloves and an “NWA Tradition” t-shirt lying on the window sill.

The NWA Main Event broadcast team Jason James and Tyler Clemens informed us that the masked man was El Jackador.

(1) Shank “The Freak” Barzini beat. J. T. Lightning. Two guys in from Coliseum Championship Wrestling. If your thinking Shank Barzini would be a Mafioso type dude, you would be wrong, as Barzini is a gothic tatted up guy, who looks likes Azrael (NWA Anarchy) with a Mohawk. Mostly Barzini killing his undersized opponent with power moves. At one point, Lightning damn near landed on his head taking a powerslam. At another, Barzini potatoed Lightning to where he was too loopy to kicked out. Barzini let up on the pin and ref Jerry Ryman stopped his count. Barzini went up top high risk with a moonsault. No reward. Lightning made the big comeback. Finish saw Lightning come up short on a twisting high crossbody off the middle rope. Barzini managed to catch him and roll through for a pin that the camera missed.

The first of several ads ran for the Slam Jam 2008 on June 21. They’ve added Marc Anthony vs. Ali Stevens for the NWA Mid-America Heavyweight Title along with the Nick Gulas Memorial Battle Royal. The June 17 card features a contract signing for that match along with L.T. Falk vs. Eric Wayne and Andy Douglas vs. Payne.

(2) Steven Green pinned Damien Payne (with K-9 Kohl) in 7:20. An impromptu match ordered by NWA authority Jeff Daniels to punish Payne for putting the figure four on Green after their match last week. They were putting over Green’s flying, as he was on fire early using a huracanrana and a half-assed Stinger splash to score near falls. Kohl distracted the ref so Payne could use a low blow on Green. Clemens said with the Naturals broken up, Payne and Kohl were the best tag team in the company. Typical heel tactics by Payne. He applied a sleeper. Green refused to go to beddy-bye and broke it with a jawbreaker. Nice dropkick by Green for a near fall. Payne raked the eyes and took his sweet time setting up the figure four. Green reversed it with an inside cradle for the pin.

(3) Steve-O beat “Juicy” J. C. Crow. JIP with Clemens talking about this amazing headstand popout move by O that we did not see. Crow took advantage of O’s aggressive nature with a hotshot variation to take over. Crow either has short arms or a long torso. In any case, a weird looking body with a Dennis Condrey looking head on top of it. Crow launced a relentless assault on the arm with a cross armbreaker, a Fujiwara armbar, a Crippler Crossface and single arm DDT. O hit the the most overused double down move in indie wrestling - the enzuigiri. O was running wild until Crow gouged the eyes. Crow went for a leaping corner splash. O was long gone and Crow ate the turnbuckle. O nailed Crow with a superkick to score the pinfall.

Steve-O cut a promo for his match against Slacker J next Tuesday. Problem being that the advertised card listed Barzini as O’s opponent.

We saw Marc Anthony and Charming Charles somewhere in the bowels of the Fairgrounds Arena. Anthony was still wearing the World War II helmet with the inscription “Ronnie P. Gossett,” but this time, he had a toilet seat around his neck and a can of Alpo in his hand. Anthony said they didn’t listen to Ronnie P., because they weren’t ready for “Atomic Dogg” Ali Stevens, who had come to take Charles’ belt. “Not my belt,” said Charles. Anthony said to beat Stevens, you had to walk in his shoes. Anthony gobbled up some of the dog food and poured the remainder on top of his head. The dog food produced a disgusting, brown residue that ran down Anthony’s face onto the toilet seat. Need I say more. Charles again said Anthony was crazier than an outhouse rat and got the hell away from him.

(4) Andy Douglas & L. T. Falk pinned Shane Smalls & Damien Payne in 12:02. Falk worked most of the way for the face side. Once again, he used a ton of arm drags with flippy lucha flourishes. Falk took the heat with another long segment working the arm and lots of shenanigans behind the back of ref Jamie Ferrari. Falk hit a swinging neckbreaker and hot-tagged Douglas. His house cleaning looked terrific. Douglas hit a flatliner on Smalls and Payne made the save. The heels did a stellar collision spot. It was breaking down, and after being Mr. Law and Order last week, Ferrari had clearly gone soft. Douglas kicked out a double flapjack. Falk kicked out of a double team gutbuster. Smalls and Payne locked arms to block a double sunset flip. Ferrari kicked them apart and made the three count.

An Adam Pearce promo aired for his NWA World Heavyweight Title defense against “Boogie Woogie Boy” Gary Valiant on the June 14 NWA Top Rope show. Pearce managed to disrespect Boogie, the state of Tennessee, Jimmy, and even Big Mama all in the same promo. Sweet.

Falk cut a backstage promo for a match against Barzini next Tuesday instead of his advertised opponent, Eric Wayne.

Smalls cut a promo on J. T. Lightning, raising the production department’s batting average to .333 on promo/match combos. Smalls said he would blow through anybody to get his NWA Mid-America X Division Title back from Falk.

Ali Stevens vs. Marc Anthony (with Charming Charles) was presumably a no contest. Anthony was hiding near the babyface dressing room and attacked Stevens from behind. Anthony was wearing streetfight gear. He was dragging Stevens around by his own chain. There was this awesome spot where Stevens split a table over Anthony’s head. They brawled on the far side of the arena and up into the bleachers. The other wrestlers came out in an attempt to pull them apart. Daniels and promoter Mike Porter were out there. Off camera, Anthony knocked Daniels down. Stevens did a dive off the bleachers. Clemens called it a 10 foot drop. That’s wrestling measurement, so in actuality it was more like 6 feet. Quite a melee.

Assistant Commissioner Gordon and Daniels were backstage. Gordon said George Gulas was going to The Board to get a decision before Tuesday night. Daniels cut a wrestler style promo guaranteeing a contract signing Tuesday night for a match with a stipulation where somebody was going to be get hurt.

A Stevens promo closed the show. Steven admitted he had to have some screws loose to walk around with a 15 foot chain barking like a dog, but Anthony was stupid crazy because he didn’t get the job done.

There are two things you cannot do. You do not fight a man’s women in her kitchen, and you don’t come in a dog’s back yard, cuz you’re gonna get bit, punk.

Closing Thoughts: You could have skipped the first 30 minutes of this show and missed very little of consequence. How hard could it be to either edit the promos out or do a new ad? The second half saved it with two memorable segments, the Anthony vignette and the promo by Daniels. The only good match was the tag bout. Barzini/Lightning and O/Crow were OK matches with lousy finishes. It never ceases to amaze me the way guys will put together a match with all kinds of moves and not take care to hit the most important one- the finish. There wasn’t anything offensive about Green vs. Payne. But nothing especially good either. Green reminds me of Slim J (NWA Anarchy) at an early stage of development. Green should delete the Stinger splash from his repetoire - it's not a move most little guys look good doing. Payne makes me think of 80s wrestler Doug Sommers. The announcers fawn over Steve O like he’s a top level babyface. Based on the last two weeks, I don’t get what they see in him, although his match this week was a big improvement. Airing promos for matches that aren’t happening does not speak well for Main Event’s quality control. Neither did the camera work on this show, as they missed two finishes. Today’s fans have seen so much, it’s tough for anything to generate a visceral response, but the Anthony vignette did it for me. There’s a bizarre and twisted form of genius at work here – a truly memorable segment. I enjoyed Pearce’s promo. As far as TV helping to draw crowds, Mike Sircy’s biggest card of the year featuring the NWA World Title match had the benefit of ads on both SAW and Main Event and drew no better than they did the month before. The tag match had a very good finishing sequence. Falk worked his ass off again. There were points in last week’s match where Falk appeared to be reach beyond the limits of his athletic ability, but not a problem this week. The Stevens/Anthony brawl was not as effective as the clips of their brawl from the previous week. The action was fine, but the segment cried out for a second camera or a better angle or anything to get close to the action. I loved Daniels promo. The guy could always talk. The crucial thing was his personal guarantee of a violent stipulation match for the big show. This was the poor compared to the previous two weeks of Main Event.
